Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers, such as name, email address, account ID, and login credentials handled by Supabase Auth.
• Early-access information, such as trading experience, marketing consent, consent timestamp, and messages you submit through the site.
• Internet or device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and security logs created by hosting, authentication, and infrastructure providers.
• Commercial or product-use information, such as account status, pilot participation, and future product settings or preferences.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank account numbers, brokerage credentials, or precise geolocation through the current public website.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate the website, create and secure accounts, manage early-access requests, send product updates and pilot access emails when you agree to receive them, prevent abuse, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, and prepare pilot access.

If GDPR applies, our legal bases may include your consent for marketing emails, steps taken at your request before pilot access, our legitimate interests in security and product improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the site, including authentication, hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Marketing Emails

If you join the pilot list, we may send Omnia product updates and pilot access emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us at hello@omnia.trading.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons. Early access leads are kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or we determine the pilot list is no longer needed. Account records may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, compliance, and support purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies. Our hosting, security, and authentication providers may use limited technical data necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the website. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and provide any required choices.

International Processing

We and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, access or receive a copy of that information, request correction, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently provide a separate “Do Not Sell or Share” link. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide the required choices.

EU and UK Privacy Rights

If GDPR or similar law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Omnia develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
